Your going to have one huge problem with going to the 360 the wiring is going to be completly different i would stick with a 318.

 

i had a carbed 318 in my 91 V6 dakota and i was able to keep my v6 tranny and we used metal plates to adapt the motor mounts...old motor blew and im looking for a another 318,340, or 360 to drop in.. but im thinking u want to keep the injection setup the way it is
