i think i figured out what i want to do. 92 dak xcab 5.2 auto 4x4. has anyone swapped in a awd case? has anyone successfully turboed their 5.2? how bout twin turbo? im assuming the case would come outta a grand cherokee. this can be done. this came to me as i was trying to sleep and i think this is about the greatest idea i have ever had.

well a awd transfercase in a dakota is doable i would amagine. i dont know much and have never heard anything about it. on the other hand i know to twin turbo a 5.2 would be alot of work, and you wouldnt be able to run to much boost on a stock botom end. the other thing is sensors, MAP and other sensors will give you a hard time.i think a s/c is the best way to go on a stock botom end 5.2/5.9. turbos take time to spool and these motors redline to fast. s/c are off the line. on the other hand you could run a single turbo whitch would spool faster and you can still pull good amounts of boost. idk your decision i think it would be cool. junkyard turbo's
