The best thing to do would be to pull the drivers side door panel off. I'm guessing your truck must have power door locks.....Your answer will lie there. Use a multi meter and see which wires work the door locks when you hit the switch. You'll need the one to lock the doors and one to unlock the doors. I am pretty sure that are a double throw switch in your door. So it will have wires going to the middle of the switch, and a set to either end of it when you look at the back of it. The ones on either end of the switch are the ones your looking for.

Typically there are a set of relays somewhere in the area around the drivers side kick panel for the door lock system. You can identify it because it should have the same color wires as the switch in the door. That is where it would be the easiest to hook up the "brain" for your keyless entry system. Since you have power right there from the fuse box, a couple bolts to use for a good chassis ground, the wires are there to lock and unlock your doors, and you can mount the box somewhere in that region and keep things out of the way.

I hope this helps. This is how I used to do it when I hooked these things up all the time.

Also using a paper and a pen helps. Jot down the wire colors and then you wont forget by the time you are looking for the relay.

They are orange W/ a purple stripe and Pink w/ a purple stripe. You will have too hook up realys though b/c they are reverse polarity.
