howdy all.

i am trying to ressurect my 1991 2wd 3.9L V6 Dakota and need to know the model number of its transmission. any info will be helpful. Thanks.

I can't speak for the 1992 specifically, (I've got a '96), but if its an automatic, its probably the 42RE aka A-500 (the heavier-duty 46RE aka A-518 came with the V-8's, but I think was an option with the V-6's)
