*edit*
Well, sometimes I need to just "cool down" before I type (or talk).
Bottom line is, the insurance company claims the cargo bed being out of alignment is not the fault of the accident, and held their stand on not reparing the A/C.
So tommorow, I go to pick up the truck and will take a VERY careful look at everything.
Than, next spring I have some A/C work to do [:@].
Oh well, life goes on.

yup same with me. my truck is in the shop again cause the foglights stay on all the time agian, and now it's leakin trannyfluid up by the rad. so I hope they fix it. and I just had to fix my heatercore last weekend[:@], I hope I never have to do that again. and next spring I have to fix my a/c bearing.[:@] vehicles never act the same after an accident.

and I just got back from court and I fought it to a following too close and I get 4 points and it's an $85 fine. alot better then a careless and 6 points and $360 fine.

and I would keep fighting with them for the box. take pics to them of your truck before the accident to show them it was all in good shape before the accident.

Insurance companies always try to jerk you around. If it's not them it's the garage doing the repairs trying to make a easy buck by cutting corners or not fixing something at all. I think most of us fall under the been there, done that category. Just look it over well and don't be afraid to say something.

I hope they did a nice job and your rolling again soon. I know what it's like to be without your ride.

Get her back today.
Went in, inspected it, found the hood was still poked up a little bit, they verified (you could run your hand across the area and tell it was a localized problem, not the actual hood alignment). Also pointed out that the new headlight stuck out about 3/8" of an inch, they verified. They than pulled the truck back in the shop and took care of those things very quickly.
Alignment was done, I drove it and notices a lot of play (pretty much only when turning right) but I guess that is caused by 1) my toe was way out of adjustment and 2) i need some new front end parts. Oh well, its got 98K miles on it.
My left turn signal stays constant, but my hazards and right signal work... so I need to do some basic troubleshooting there, but am I glad to have her back, and this shop actually seemed to know what they were doing!
