Default 92 dakota starting problem

At first the problem was not able to keep running, it would start but then it would bog down then it would be fine for a little while. Then i would drive it and it would die, thought it was the coil or the fuel pump, so replace the coil, that didn't fix it. so I got to try and start it this morning and the ignition will not engage the starter, I get idiot lights, gauges, and battery amp reading but no power... Help please Anyone

Default RE: 92 dakota starting problem

Have you tried to jump start it?

Could be a dead or almost dead battery. Could be the auto shutdown is enguaged. Another thing it could be is the splice under the power distribution center under the hood. Look in the 1st gen faq that dodgerules has made. Your answer may lie there.

Hope this helps.
