91 dakota wiring prob.
HELP!!! I just moved to a state that tests various electrical parts of vehicles. One of those is the horn. Mine quit working before moving here and i am unable to find the problem. I also have a blower motor that just up and quit working one day. All fuses are okay, but i am unable to find the problem. This winter is no problem, but next summer it would be nice to have my ac working. Any ideas would be of great help.

In regards to the blower motor, check the blower motor speed resistor box. Here's how I did mine: http://gbrannon.bizhat.com/resistorbox.htm
Here is the wiring diagramfor the horn:

As for your horn. Have you tried replacing the horn relay. I believe it is located in the fuse box under the dash. That would be what I would check after the fuse.
As far as your blower. Could be the resistor block that is mounted under the hood, on the firewall, passenger side.
Hope this helps.

As has already been said, your horn relay should be located on your fuse block, under the dash. The relay should be located under fuse 20 (see here)
As erock' said, the resistor block is located on the passenger side firewall, you can look at the picture at the bottom of THIS page.
