Default Mopar HiPo Computer

Ive got the intake and exhaust flowing better, is the Mopar high performance computer #312-P5249516 worth the $259.99 or would headers be a better investment?

It says it requires premium fuel, it looks just like the factory computer plus it is cheaper than the superchip product.

92 Dakota 318 SLT automatic trans
K&N air kit
Single 3" exhaust
180 degree thermostat
356 gears

What would be the next best simple bolt on mod?

Roller rockers, headers or the PCM. The roller rockers and headers won't require you to run expensive premium gas but to get the full benefit of your mods the computer needs to be told how to use them. IMO I would go with the PCM, everyone I know who has one has been impressed.
