Default stearing problems

ok on monday of this week i lost my brakes and had to spin my 88 3.9 4wd around on the street and hit a fire hydrant so that i wouldnt go on to the highway. i didnt hit the hydrant with the body of the truck but with the tire. i had the brakes fixed the next day and now i cant take tight left turns with out my tire rubing the wheel well so had that the whole dash shakes violently. so now my stearing is reallreally loose and then tight at random times im positive that my a arms moved on that side and dose anyone have or had this problem and how hard is it to fix

Get an alignment. Sounds like you knocked it out. Possibly a damaged tie rod end or something up there in the front end.
