RE: 31 - 10.50 x 15 on stock 92 4x4
I mounted 32/12.50/15 on my stock wheels. i have a 96 ext cab 4x4 it is basically stock but i did fully torque the torsion bars before i did this though. the problem here is they hit the frame when you turn. I took the air dam off of the front because that was the first thing it hit. but im going to put 31 ones on as soon as i can. i think they will work just fine. good luck let me know how it turns out

yes you have torsion bars and yes the stock rims on the 96 should be the same or close...the 31 1050s should fit maybe suck the centers in alittle though.. i've got 32 11.50s on a 7 in rim. yes you'll gain about an inch of travel by turning the torsion bars up

i'm running 31 10,50 15's on my 89 4x4 long box. i did not have to torqe the tortion bars all the way down. i just adjusted them until the truck sat level . if you twist 'em too far the ride is really rigid, the ride stiffens as you tighten the tortion bars. also it is a good idea to have the front end alligned afterwards . i have no rubbing at all

actually i didn't notice much of a ride differnce when i cranked my torsion bars up.....enless you was hitting big pot holes...but i'd rather have it bounce me around and keep it from bottoming out....31s are about as big of a tire you want to run 32s start to rub and theres no way you'll run 33s with out rubbing. with out a susp. lift.
