1995 Dakota Fuse Panel Diagram
I don't have a owners panel for the truck. I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get a diagram of what each fuse is for. Also I an going to change the fuel filter. All I should have to do is pull the fuel pump fuse. Then try and start to relieve the pressure correct?
There isn't really a specific fuel pump fuse. There is, however, a fuel pump relay. Its located in the power distribution center (PDC) which is behind the battery.
The fuse that feeds, amoung other things, the fuel pump relay is the auto shut down fuse. (30A) It would be better to just remove the fuel pump relay rather than that fuse.

The fuse block (located below the steering column) layout can be found here.
Now, for the kicker. The fuel filter is integrated into the fuel pump. Basically, you can't replace just the filter. Stupid, we all know, but thats just the way it is [:@].
