does the speedo work?? also is it cable driven if its electronic and the speedo works i dout it the speed sensor.. because the lock up and od needs to know how fast the truck is running before it locks up and kicks the od on..if its cable driven it could be the speed sensor. if its unplugged can't get a reading.

 

the speedo does work. I dont know if it is electronic or cable driven yet. I will find out today hopfully. why would i get code 15 then?
