I have had insurance on all my trucks, they have NEVER been any help as long as i needed them. Ive got into one accident that was my fault in my friends truck. I ended up paying my friend 1k for his insurance deductable.

Then i got rear ended by a mexican that didn't have insurance, didn't speak english, didn't have a drivers license, and no green card. They called in another cop to talk to him in spanish. The mexican gave him false info, my insurance could not get ahold of him, and decided to total out my truck. I was SUPER pissed, they gave me 2400 for it, and i could have sold it for 4K+ easy on the street. It was a 97 v6 4.0 ranger, like 2 times a month, i would find noted on my truck saying "ill buy this truck from you" the day my insurance took it, we found another note with an offer even though the back bumber was bent.. i cried.......

NOW im paying about 200 {was 280 about2 months ago) for my insurance on my 00' Dakota R/T, full coverage. I hit a pot hole bent my rim, and tried to get my insurance to cover it, they wanted $500 to fix it.. i was like i payed you people thousands of dollors and you wont by me a 200 dollar rim.. pisses me off. The only reason to have insurance these days is when you do get in a legit accident with another person that has insurance and the dmg is over 2k but under your truck value. I hate.. insurance, taxes, and cops.. they can all suck my you know what.

So now.. im just super careful when driving, even when racing... i make sure everything is cool. I dont want this truck totaled out like my old one, but sometimes i wish these stupid *** drivers around here would hit me, so i could use my insuance for a new body kit... if your going to hit me, your going to pay for my truck +++ parts.

As soon as I found out he was: without insurance, didn't speak english (and was in my country), didn't have a green card, and was illegal, I would have probably done something really, really bad that they would have sent me to prison for life for.
I have zero respect for illegal immigrants. And if I was to get into an accident with one, they better pray I'm knocked out and don't become concious again until I'm at the hospital.

Yea, insurance is the gift that keeps on taking. You keep sending money away, and when you ask to use it, they just take more.

ya he was working on some construction site, for some white guy. They all stopped and talked to him, the white guy was like yelling at him in english, and probably didn't understand one bit. All the dude was worried about was him not being able to drive to work the next day... i wanted to reach over grab his face and make hit bit my bumper while i smashed his head with my foot, but the cops came, and they told me to leave and they would handle it. I HATE COPS!!!!!!!!!! a cop has never helped me in one way. Ive been robbed, side swiped, hit and run, and truck broken into, and they cant do ****, but they can pull me over for going 4 miles over the speeding limit to give me a ticket, and all i can do about it is bitch and bend over and take it up the a-hole... cuz it will never change.

and i agree with your last sentence in that quote lol.. so true.

well i think if we pay into car insurance and health insurance and dont use it we should be intitled to get some of the money back.most foriegn countries have free health insurance. most families pay out a lot for both.up here in the notheast in new hampshire insurance is not manadtory. all you need is a p.o. box and you will be able to get your truck registered. but like any other state its not the insurance company you have to watch out for, just the other drivers. good or bad.

No socialism for me, thank you very much.
There is no such thing as "free" health insurance. Anyone that thinks its that way is very, very short minded.
"Free" health insurance is paid for by the government, and where do they get their money from? You. Also, the countries that have "free" health insurance have higher taxes. We already bitch about the tax rate here, and you want to add more to it? Come on...

Another thing, you won't get a refund for coverage you had. I understand why they won't give you a refund: their business is to take your money, not give it back. They take your money and use it when one of their clients (even possibly you)get in an accident. Obviously, if you've had an "account" with them fora fewyears, and wreck your $50,000 Cadillac, you would have definitly not paid $50,000 in insurance. Where would that money come from?

In Houston, The PD has finally started inforcing the rule of No Id you goes to jail. No Insurance car goes to jail(this one makes me a bunch of money). No tags/No inspection is still up to officer's descrectiontickets and drive or tickets and tow. Personally I think it is beyond time

Later Daze,
