Default Paint project - input needed

My 95 ext cab Dakota is currently stripped down in my dad's garage. It is getting new front fenders, new door bottoms, rockerpanels, a rollpan to replace the rusted out rear bumper, and anew to mebox! It is going to be repainted very soon! As for now I am planning on all emerald green. It was 2tone, but I can't afford too much extra on paint because of all the new panels, box, etc. I am going to have the r.v. mirrors painted for sure because they are faded pretty badly. I am torn on whether or not to paint the plastic panel under the front bumper or not? I have a chrome front bumber, would it look bad? Does anyone have a picture of something similar? Any other generalideas would be great as well, thanks! I will add some piture links tomorrow, I need some sleep now though. [:-]

I think I am going to answer my own question...chances are if I paint that plastic part it will get a lot of stone chips and look bad...you think?

Look in my photo gallery (to the left, under my name, click on the little camera).
IMO, the plastic doesn't look bad.
And your probably right, painting the plastic probably wouldn't be that great of an idea.

also if your gonna paint the plastic and you dont prep it right then it will just peel off and look like crap. I think they look better black anyways.
