water in the headlights
its been raining alot here and i noticed my headlight had a lake in it. any suggestions on how to drain it and seal it. was thinking about drilling a tiny hole in it. i have the composite(plastic) headlights. any help would be appreciated.
Remove headlight assembly, drain water through where bulb is installed, and stick in oven on top of cookie sheet around 200*. Remove from oven after about 10 mins gently pry lens from assembly clean lens with polish from auto parts store. Apply fresh sealent. Assemble reverse of disassembly. That how I would try to repair the headlight. Side note, since your at the auto parts store pick up a set of silverstars.
