Default For all the slammed dakotas

I am looking to go as low as I can with a static drop and no C notch. I am thinking I can get away with 2" spindles and 2" springs on the front and 2" shackles,2" hangers and 2" blocks on the rear. Sound feesable? Looks like I can get away with it.
I have the front stock springs saggin in the front and 3" blocks in the rear now and the front only sits 1/2" higher right now

I have mine lowered 1" in the front and 3" blocks in the back. and it sits level. I would like to go lower, but for the stuff I use my truck for I cant.

you should be able to get away going that low.

WOW at the hood scoop on that beast. thats pretty cool, is the two tone paint factory white and primer on the top? I just primed my hood the other day because all the rust it had accumulated.

I had thought of the R/T rims, but wasnt sure that the 17s would fit. mainly this is just a beater like your though, so i wont be sinking a ton in like my past vehicles. It has the 15x7s on it now and the scrub on the upper control arms pretty bad, I am hoping the lowered spindles will correct this issue.

Good looking truck though

my truck had body job done on it about 6 years ago. it was red on the top and silver on the bottom. I didnt really like the red, so I just painted over it with satin black. it turned out pretty good. I'm thinkin on painting my truck all black in the spring.

the 17" r/t rims will fit, I've seen some other 1st gen daks with them on. I wish they'd fit on mine

Yeah I like how it looks, I had ponder painting mine all black but only way i can is with rattle cans and boy that takes a while. Took me all day to get the hood right and paint it.

I might have to look into a set of those wheels. Why do they not fit yours, sorry my dodge knowledge is very limited. Is your body style 5 lug?

ya mine are only 5 lug. I'm thinkin on getting some newer style jeep rims. since they are 5 lug too. some of them are pretty sweet looking. I just want something bigger then a 15" rim so it will fill the wheel a bit more.
