Default lift question

I was just wondering if anyone knows a cheap and easy way to get a few inchs of lift on my 91 dakota 4wd. If anyone has any suggestions it would be appreciated.

you can either do a body lift or just crank up the T-bars

like johnnymagnum said you can do a body or crank up the t-bars but if you wanna acually do a lift you can go to the nearest autoparts store.. i used to work at autozone and they used to sell block kicks for like 30-40 bucks and then you can do the t-bars for the front or you can be a jack *** like one of my friends did and use hocky pucks it aint safe but it still looks like its lifted (i wouldnt recomend it for off roading)

cranking the torsions up front and adding airshocks to the rear is the fastest and simplest way. some dont like air shocks though. i also added coil overs to the front. its a much stiffer ride, but i like it. my truck had a mild body lift from the factory as well

Air shocks are bad. I say this because you are transfering the weight from the spring mounts on the frame to the cross member under the bed and the tabs on the axle housing where the weight wasn't intended to be. Nomrally you will just break the shock mounts off or put the shock thru the bottom of your bed when you get out there wheelin' or hit a nasty enough pot hole.
