Ok, so im looking at getting a ProStart RemoteStart with alarm for my truck but im not quite sure were the best place to splice into the wireing harness would be to do this, can any one tell me? Does any one now how hard it is to install (weekend? couple hours?)

thanks for all the help.

PS. my truck is a 1990 dakota sport 3.9l v6 automatic

I did it on mine and and it sould say with you kit on what wires to splice into. It took me about 6 hours to do the remote start and keyless entry, but the remote start was quicker.

ive read threw the install manual and it wasnt very in-detail (at lest i didnt think it was). but i was kinda wondering do you or any one have a diagrame of all the wires that i need to splice into (were they are on the truck)? that i think would help A lot.

Does anyone have the wiring harness diagram for a remote start install? I cant find one, is it in the repair book?
