Dakota 4x4 Oil Pump Replacement
The simple answer to that is NO. I have a 94 v8 4x4 and just had to do this myself. I can tell you that you need to schedule some serious garage time. You will have to disconnect the battery, drop the starter, remove the brackets that go between the bellhousing and the block, disconnect the idler & pitman arms, disconnect the trans fluid lines, and lower the differential down to gain the space needed to remove the oil pan. Even then the clearances are pretty tight. Good Luck!
