Default engine removal

I have a 99 durango with two melted pistons.Im going to install used engine i got for $500.00 at junk yard .I was wondering if core support has to be removed to remove engine.Itslooks alittle tight with a 5.9 under there.Thanks Keith

I'm not quite sure what you mean. But I'm thinking you are talking about the engine mounts. You should replace the motor mounts while the engine is out. You should disconect them at the block and leave them on the mounting frame.

I was talking about is there room to pull engine without removing core support forradiator sum fords require unbolt cab of truck to remove engine.Also sum fords require pull frountfenders and core support to change fan belt.
