Default 3rd row seat angle ? For sub box

Hi guys,
Im making plans for my sub box. It will go between the 3rd row and my trunk hatch. It will rest against the 3rd row seat. I noticed that the 3rd row is a lil angled so i cant make a box thats 90degrees. I dont have any tools to measure the angle, What tools do i use? or can somone tell me what angle its at so i have it fit perfectly against the seat.
It will also be a vented enclosure. FOr best sound where should i have the port facing and where should the sub be facing? (towards driver, towards hatch, up, to left, to right)

First, get a piece of cardboard, maybe 2' x 2'. Put it up on one edge perpendicular to the back of the 3rd seat. Experiment with folding the top corner down while sliding the cardboard up against the back of the seat. When you have a good fit, mark and cut the folded part off (should be triangle shape) and use the big piece to trace your angle on the wood. Hopefully this makes sense. I do it all the time when fabricating stuff for my Jeep.
