hello guys, lets just stop talking about modifications and lets talk a little about speed
when it comes in a race, is the durango fast enough compare to other SUVs? like the Trailblazer, Explorer, Land cruiser..etc
i really would like to face one of those but.. no oppenents
so if anyone had experince about it plz let us all know

Dude not one would stand up to our rigs. I owned a1999 blazer that I bought for my wife and I couldn't weight to get rid of it. I owned it for 2 years and had nothing but costly problems with it. There is no way that thing would keep up. I've takin Explorer's. There is nothing they got on the 5.9L [8D]

 

i've got a 4.7 pretty much stock on the engine and qrt miled it against several friends SUVs. Beat BMW suv, Excursions, Denali and an non turborangerover with 1car length or more.

I have been been beaten going up hill (two mile straight strech oninterstate 80)by a Cheyenne and the newer hemi D.

 

I've only raceda coupleother SUV's.....a GMC Envoy, which was close till about half way through second gear when it stopped hauling; a Ford Expedition, which Iabsolutely destroyed, its just way too heavy and the 5.4L is pure crap, and a Suzuki Sidekick just for laughs.....

 

the trailblazer smoked me after i shifted to 3rd, they redline at 7k.

was neck and neck with a acura integra, he was shocked i kept up, funny stuff

also beat, not by much either an X5 or X3 BMW. i'm thinking 3 since the 5 is a V8

Most chevys gov. out at 100 to 105 and the D is around 115mph so you have them there!

As Hydra says... Pleazzzze. With my D, your list doesn't have a chance. My achiles heal on my Durango is my air conditioner. They probably have me beat there, but no where else.

even a Denali? is it possible for a stock 5.9!
i smoked a 2003 Lexus GS300 but he kept up with me on the 3rd gear
but i really want to check up with a blazer, they got 294 hp in thier engines! and we only have 245 hp!

Just race them and find out. It should be fun no matter what. Just remember there is always going to be someone faster then you.
