Default Durango O2 Sensor

According to the OBD-11 (Code), my 2001 Dodge Durango was diagnosed with the following: P0161 -O2 sensor heating failure (HO2S-22); P0442 - Emission System Leak; and P0445 - Evap. Emission Controll System Leak.
As there are numerous O2 sensors, so I was told, which sensor corrects the above problem? Beside the dealer, who and how can they fix the leaks economically?

Thanks, for you reply!!

Would that be the sensor after the cat. converter? Right or left hand side? These are the terms the computer refers to; I have no idea what I am asking about.

Thanks;
