Default Tire/Wheel combination

I know it is ultimately my decision but I was wondering what size rims I should put on my Durango. I was thinking about going only one size up to 16's and keeping the fat tire. I haven't seen many around with 18's or 20's on them so I am not sure how good it looks. Plus with it being a 4X4 I can't see going up to those sizes. Kind of defeats the purpuse of 4X4. What do you guys/gals think? If anyone has pics that would be greatly appreciated as well.

I just put 17X9.5" Centerlines on mine, with 285/60/17 Perelli Scorpion Zero's. They are the same basic overall diameter as the 31/10:50's that were on it from the factory. They really fill out the wheel wells.
