I had a 52mmthrottle body, accel coil,hypertech,her1418al cam, headers and exhaust. I could definately tell/feel a difference.(2.02's!) I was going to buy R/T heads but these were cheaper and they outflow them. I know the stock intake is restricting it alotthough.(porting/polishing it right now!) I did use the stock head bolts but I'm putting in a 5.9 this months so I'm buying all new bolts. I'm still waiting on my underdrive pulleys from Socaldakota (almost a month now [:@]), and I should be getting my new cam HER1828AL, performance damper, and reflashed ECU next week. I got my new MSD 24lb injectors yesterday...[sm=happybounce.gif]

the heads run about $750 for 1.92's. not sure with 2.02's.

how much are you cutting off the runners on the intake? for my 5.9 I took off 1.5" and it made a hughe difference in the top end power. that worked out well for my QC 4x4 at the time. I highly recommend it if your dumping in a 5.9 motor...

I think I'm going to cut them so they are around 12". I want to copy a Hughes Engines Stage II intake but can't find anyone with one. The stock intake flows around 220cfm, I need at least 250cfm. I'm going to port and polish everything. My heads already flow 268cfm and I might port/polish them. I want to get 400hp at the crank.(NA) The only thing thats restricting the engine is the intake. There's a guy on ebay that makes decent ported "Keg" intakes but I just bought those MSD 24lb injectors. And I don't have $722.50 for that new Edelbrock FI intake.

These are the heads I have. (I just had mine milled for 9:5:1-10:1)

If you have the cash, I would get these instead:
