Have your tranny fluid replaced? Possible Speed sensor? Possible governor actuators going out?

I have the 2001 R/T... I have the same problem, never even knew it existed until I woke up one cold morning in a hurry and tried to just hop in and take off... Real sluggish reaction on the tranny....

I tried it again the next time I was out and it was real cold... Hopped in and just took off, same result...

It never happens if I let it warm up...
