I have just started modding my SXT and found out about projector headlights. I have been unable to locate any online using google. Are they available and if yes, from who?

Projector headhights? Is that anything like HID lights?

 

I once purchased from headlightswholesale.com for a headlamp.. im not sure though if they have projector headlights, but you can call their Dodge automotive lights experts for more Dodge lighting information and assistance. The number's 800-541-3291. Hope this could be of help.

 

They do make a projector kit, but I've emailed the company numerous times with no responses so i gave up on the idea. However, I did purchase an H.I.D. conversion kit off ebay that fit the Durango's (99) stock 9007 bulb socket. I also replace the factory headlamp assemblies with Clear or Euro Lensed ones. I love them!!!!! Sat me back about $450 total and are a great alternative to projectors.

 

I had some on a Dakota R/T for a while, I didn't like them. They were expensive, and not as bright as the stock ones were. I'll get you the info on them tomorrow. I sold mine at a swap meet for $200, and took a loss in money, but got my much needed light back. They look great, and if you have a show truck, they're worth the cash. If you're like me, and use it as a daily driver, I would advise against it. Just go to eBay, and look for "item number 7955783070". I have that on my Durango now, and I love them. Use the Sylvania XENARC HID bulbs. I think you'll like them better.
