I got a nice punch out list developing, seat heaters only work on high, the window defrost switch blinking, heat not blowing from the rear vents, ac switch led not lighting up, front blower only works on high, just replaced the tccm and although the switch lights up now it blinks when switched to 4 hi and low and I'm pretty sure the Transfer case isn't engaging...... gas can and a match is about to become the ultimate solution.

Body Control Module, I believe it has alot to do with switches and controls inside the vehicle.

where is it located? I know I've had the typical CTM issues, fixed it with a used one but didn't have it reprogrammed, same thing with the tccm, but the only progress from that is the 4x4 switch lights up now still no transfer case control.

I've seen ALOT of BCM problems with these vehicles causing many issues like you're describing, all at the same time

Should be behind the drivers side kick panel. I read a post once that talked about the area where it's mounted there was moisture and it was getting the BCM wet and shorting it out..

that panel right next to the parking break? I thought that was the CTM. I replaced that do to the typical symptoms of no headlights, random wiper, horn door lock activity, then no electrical power.

The Central Timer Module is technically the BCM. Same part but referred to as either or. It controls all those things you mentioned and a host of other electrical functions.
