Appreciate any help here....
PO138.....02cicuit high voltage (Bank 1, Sensor 1)
WHAT??? And WHERE is this telling me to replace?
PO133.....02 circuit slow response (Bank 1, Sensor 1)
Same question..... Is this because of the problem in the 1st question???
P1195...slow switching 02 sensor (Bank 1, Sensor catalist)
What am I looking for??

I had that problem before. I replaced both o2 sensors.

You mean replacing both sensors will take care of all of this you believe?

bank 1 is refering to the motor that the cylinder 1 is on (driverside)
bank 2 is refering to the motor that cylinder 2 is on (passenger side)
sensor1 is before the cat convertor
sensor 2 is after the cat
so basically bank one sensor one is the drivers side first o2 sensor just below the manifold in the head pipe. If it was my d showing these codes just breakdown and buy all replacement o2's.
fyi if the o2 when removed comes out looking white it is smoked!
if you are able to loosen the o2 and it still feels excessively tight stop what you are doing(the old o2 threads may strip the bung you will not be able to install a new o2 without crossthreading the o2 bung)and you will need to apply some sort of heat to loosen the o2 map gas may not provide enogh heat but any repair shop should have oxy/acet torch to further your aid in removal.
