Default Blinker Problem

I have a 200 Durnago that is having some blinker problems. The two blinkers work fine but they just blink really fast like there is a bulb burned out but neither of them are burned out. What could be causing this and what do I need to fix it. I'd like to do it myself cause i'm sure the dealer would charge an arm and a leg to fix it.

umm switch to synthetic blinker fluid??????

lol, but umm probably the timer that flips them on and off is bad, idk what its called, unless the bulbs in the dash are out, id start by checking all the wiring and bulbs to make sure they are good, cheapest things first

Actually last time I was at the dealer he put in special synthetic blinker fluid. It was only a few dollars more but we agreed that it was worth it for the longevity of the bulbs. I found the problem in this case though. There are two front blinker bulbs and one of them is burned out.
