RE: Hey i need some help
Your OEM tire size of 265-70R-16 sounds about right for a 16 inch OEM tire. I see from your link that their G051 series Yokohama tires has your OEM size. You can problaby get away with a slightly wider tire of 275-70R-16. A friend of mine went with a 275-70R-16 and it looks much nicer than the 265's. Stability on the road was firmer as well. Not as much shifting when you are driving on some rough surfaces. To let you understand more on what these numbers mean.
265 is the width of your tread from end to end. Using metrics, I think it is in mm? or cm? cannot remember.
70R is the radius height between your RIM and the surface of the tread. The smaller the number, the lower the profile of the tire to the rim.
16 is the diameter of your Rim/Tire.

I think you got it wrong on that. 275 will slightly be wider than 265, not taller. If it was slightly taller, you would go from 70R to 75R.

The 265 is the cross section width, (from sidewall to sidewall). The 275 will be slightly taller than the 265.
