Durango tire/wheel combo ?

I have a 99 Durango with 31X10.50 R15 and have a chance to buy a full set of P265/70R16 Tires and chrome rims. Will these fit or cause problems? The truck is factory stock. Thanks in advance. Larry

I have 265/70/17's and they fit with a 2" lift and a lil cutting of the front bumper.
