Durango brake pedal goes to the floor
I have a 2000 Durangoand the brakepedal goes to the floor. With 140,000 miles, I thought it would be the master cylinder, but replaced it with a reman and bled the brakes, andit's still the same. I have abrake lightshowing on the dash and the ABS lightalso.
it happend to me once and i'm pretty sure its the master cylinder seal..
i had to buy the whole master cylinder for about 350$ couse our local dealer do not sell the seal kit separetly..

Could have a dump valve or valves failing in the ABS module. Other than that, it's either a master or a fluid leak. Get the ABS system scanned for codes.

another thing to mention is that brake fluid absorbs water, which will rust out your lines. Flushing the brake lines should be a 60k maintanance item IMO. doesnt take long and will ensure longer lasting brake components.
