Default HELP!!

Well I seem to have a problem with my D. it just started stalling today. this has never happend before. the transmition also seemed to be running rough and when ever I would give it any gas there was a clanking sound like metal on metal. The engine temp gause was also maxed out. so I checked out the engine and found that the lower radiator hose had came loose. so after fixing that and adding more coolant I started it back up and it seemed fine so i took it for a spin to see and then the check engine light came on and it started the engine started to shake the whole vehicle. Any ideas as to what may be happening?

Dodge has a problem with the hose clamps breaking in half on the lower radiator hose, causing the engine to overheat. To the point of engine sizing up.

Sounds like it over heated bad enough to fry the motor.

Sounds like you overheated the motor. Do a compression check.
