i have a 2000 durango,bought in 2005. love the car except gas mileage.all doors opened when you hit remote button or lock/unlock on driver or passenger door . all except right rear door.this since i got the vehicle in '05. then in summer '07 all doors would open . this lasted until acouple of weeks ago. it's back to not opening again. i did not remove the rear door panel or any other one either.haven't had any work done on the car except brakes recently. nothing electrical.

i also did not get any replies about my whining power steering. new rack and pump installed last january.new pump installed last month. still whines loud enough to be annoying.is the rack bad or something else? my mechanic thinks it's ok but he probably doesn't want to do anymore work on it. he has been my mechanic for over 25 years and he is very honest.i don 't want to lose him as my mechanic but i just don't want to listen to that noise.

any help would be appreciated.
