how much money you looking to spend?
HeavyD has a custom 4 link rear suspension. You are kind of limited with leaf springs and torsion bar setup, you're best bet is to find a 2wd D, they have coils up front, much more suitable for a drop. Prolly get away with 2 or 3 inches up front, and 3 inches or so in the rear with stock setup. don't know how the ride would be though

sorry but that's the most honest answer you'll get. go find a 2wd durango/dakota and drop that, in the long run you'll save thousands at the least by doing that. you lower a 4x4 to a certain point & you'll have driveshaft/axle/transfer case/shifterissues, not to mention the 4wd will be essentially useless because you'll no longer have any ground clearance. plus your tow/payload ratings usually plummet when suspension is altered for looks.
