How to tell what gear ratio you have in diff
I have a 98 Durango. The cover on the diff is the 12 bolt hexagonal shape. How can I tell if I have the 3.55 or 3.90 gear ratio and if the rear is a limited slip differentail. Thanks.

the gear ratio will be on a plate on the diff, on a plate in the door jam, and on a sticker in your glove box. If it says anti slip on any of these it means you have a limited slip diff.

If all of these options fail, email your VIN to DC customer assistance and they will emailyou back usually within 48 hrs with your build sheet which will tell you aall you want to know and more!!
