Default Where is fuel pump on 98 Durango?

My brother has a 98 Durango 5.2L V8 4WD. He has been reporting that it doesn't start occassionally; especially likes to happen when he's out doing errands. He'd go into the store for 30 minutes or so and come out with a Durango that won't start. They'll just sit and crank for a long time, but the engine won't turn over. Battery seems good. I suspect that it's the fuel pump. Yesterday, without really looking into it (we were out grocery shopping when it happened), I lucked out and got it started after the third crank.

First crank: nothing.
Second crank, gas pedal partly down: nothing.
Third crank while pumping the gas pedal: started up.

All electricals seemed to be fine, but honestly, I didn't check the battery and others with a meter. My suspicion is that it might be the fuel pump. Anyone out there have similar issue and/or pointers to resolve it?

Thanks!

Fuel pump module is in the gas tank.
