Heated Seats HELP!!!!!!!
I need some help, i know that i havnt been around alot in this forum but i was hoping that you guys could help me out.
this morning when i went to school my heated seats worked fine, but tonight on my way home i went to turn on the drivers seat(of course) and it did not heat up and when i look down at the switch to make sure it was on the light that should indicate that it is on high was flashing at me, flashing slowly like on for a sec off for 5 or more, any ideas on what to check, i looked in the manual and all it says is to have a certified technician look at it, useless, not going to pay somebody to fix it, but still want it fixed, any ideas would be great

Probably your heater element. You have an upper one for the back and a lower for the seat. They run about $100 a piece and you have to take apart the seat. I have the same problem with the driver and the passenger light is steady but no heat out of it either.
how hard is it to replace them, how does the seat come apart, and would this be a possible saturday project or should i plan to be w/o a ride for a weekend or more????
and yes i checked the fuse, its fine that was the first thing i checked, the switch was secound
