Request TSB for 2001 Durango

Does anyone have a copy of this TSB?

2001 Dodge Durango
Bulletin #: 00056
Summary: Owner's manual which failed to provide accurate instructions for customer programmable features.
I've looked everywhere and can't seem to find it.

There is a TSB for the 244 transfer box which is a addendem card and a recall 957 which also a addendem card. But there is nothing for programmable features. I would need more information than bulletin 00056. This bulletin does not show up on our TSB list.
