did a search and came up empty.....thinking of swapping a 5.3 Chevy motor into an 01 durango with a blown motor. i guess the main problem would be finding an ECU harness to mate up the two....any ideas?

PS...would also be interested in hearing of anyone swapping in the newer Hemi motor into a 1st gen durango as well

 

Swapping from one Brand to another is possible, but you'll spend a hell ofa lot more money doing it.


Someone did swap a 5.7 Hemi into an '03 Durango.

 

id like to try a 6.1 swap in mine, but dont have the time/money/resources to do it and i cant be w/o my car
