RE: How often should the differential fluid be changed?
i usually change the fluid yearly, sometimes more often if i've been in deep enough muck. spring cleaning for me is differential fluids, transfer case, and trans fluid changed (coolant if necessary, but usually not)
On the recommeded service chart it say check the differential fluid at 35K, However my service dealer automatically wanted to change it.
It is a 2008 Dodge Dakota 4x4 4.7 L engine.
