RE: 2001 durango all wheel abs problem
Look here!
I have PM'ed you and I have asked you to provide additional information. Even sent you info. Also other people have asked you to provide additional info! You will not provide any info on your rig like year, engine, ect!
You refuse to provide this info that we need. As far as I can tell you, take it to the dealer!
If you don't want to provide infoor help us out, and continue to write one liners I will remove you. [:@]

Hydra:
I did get a PM from Spartacas, but it said bascially the same thing. Sounds to me like the proverbial issue where the pump runs continuously.
I agree that the one liners are not real helpful. I believe her name is Mary.
Mary, could you be a bit moredetailed and paint a more detailed picture as to what you are seeing and hearing??

Wow! She deleted her original post. Time to delete this thread as it this post relates to nothing at this point.
I think we have to be a little more "what's that word I am looking for" approachable to those users that do not know how to communicate with the community to address their issues. Believe me, I have been working in a support environment for over 15 years and thinking I have seen/heard it all, there is still a new situation that will surprise me. At times, we may come on too strong initially and they end upnot able to properlywrite up their issue at hand.
Once we tear down those resistance walls of theirs and get them to feel at home with the rest of us, theypretty much can open up and ask us for any suggestions.
