Default Heat, A/C or read wiper not working

How do i say it all!!! I have a 2002D with 113,000 miles. My heat just went out unless i'm driving and then i can't turn it off. I think it's the heat from the engine. Also found my a/c doesn,t work nor my rear wiper. I found a 10 amp fuse had blew and replaced it. A few minutes later it blew. Any idea of what could be causing this fuse to blow? And how can i fix? Thank you so much.

BLOWN FUSE in DC,

Ive seen alot of rear wipers not working on Ds. I was able to get mine working by cleaing up all the built up grim on the motor. But then i broke it shortly after getting it to kinda work so i had to replace the whole motor. You might have to get more in depth about your heat/ac problem. Is the fan blowing air at all?

Yes, the blower works. I just can not control the heat or a/c.
