Dealer refused to give me Build Spec ???
I went to a local dealer this morning to get the build spec for the Durango I just bought.
The service manager refused to print it out saying it violated the software license. He said it was the first time he saw that error message.
He was able to confirm that I had the bigger alternator as part of the tow package. He could see all of the info but said he couldn't print it. Sheesh, I walked in there trying to spend a little money and get my trans flushed and fluid changed. He is making it hard to want give him my money.
2 things.
First: Has anyone else run into this?
Second: Can anyone run my vin and get me the data?
