Front Brakes
"Replaced the pads again with high performance pads, and also replaced both rotors at the same time. applied plenty of anti-squeal compound and also used the proper shims on the ears of the pads - no changeNext I replaced both front calipers - no changeNext to rule out a warped rotor I swapped them being that the passenger side is fine"
I didn't say the rotor swap was making the sound. The way his post read. Brake change-Test Drive, Caliper change-Test Drive, RotorSwap-Test drive. He swaped them after driving on them which can cause the rotors towarp and/or crack. I was mearly trying to bring up the point that you should never swap rotors around.

Well, I pulled off the drivers side caliper again, and smoothed out the rough patches on the knuckle with a stone bit on a drill (angle grinder was too aggressive), re-applied anti squeel to the inside pad as it was loose, and finally applied caliper grease to all the contact points this time, pad ears etc..
I am happy to report that the noise is completely gone with 100 miles so far. Hopefully this takes care of it for awhile.
So........to the OP, try this it may fix your issue.
