I didn't say the rotor swap was making the sound. The way his post read. Brake change-Test Drive, Caliper change-Test Drive, RotorSwap-Test drive. He swaped them after driving on them which can cause the rotors towarp and/or crack. I was mearly trying to bring up the point that you should never swap rotors around.

 

Well, I pulled off the drivers side caliper again, and smoothed out the rough patches on the knuckle with a stone bit on a drill (angle grinder was too aggressive), re-applied anti squeel to the inside pad as it was loose, and finally applied caliper grease to all the contact points this time, pad ears etc..

I am happy to report that the noise is completely gone with 100 miles so far. Hopefully this takes care of it for awhile.
