Hey Durango03, I am also in Clayton, NC.

This past weekend I went to Atlanta and back with the whole family (6 people).

I averaged 15.5 MPG (87 Octane). No complaints, I love this truck.

Thanks Hydra, I'm really feelin the love <3

Durango03, you put much more thought into a 4 hour trip then I ever have.. I do 4 hours without any foresight whatsoever..put some gas in, and wash the windows while I do it.. bout it..

I'll prolly be doing 5 hours on thursday (pending traffic of course), don't even know if I'm gonna fill the tank before I leave, might stop along the way at Mc Yuks and fill up both tanks..

my gut.. It's from the hungry man commercials.. "When the tank is empty, you gotta filler up. I am, a Hungry Man."

Where are you in Clayton? Are you the white one with a Red banner on the windshield I see all the time?

Hey dude if you fill the gut make sure it's with some beans or something! Now you just gotta figure out how to get it to the tank.

Make sure that the windows unroll tho! [:'(]

Now this is very true. 4 hours isn't long but if you are in the middle of no where, then I would double check all the t's and dot the I's.

when I was going cross canada back in 96 with my family, our 91 rand caravan popped the lower rad hose in the middle of saskatchewan.. That sucked big time..
