Thinking back, I have done the same thing before and it worked perfectly on a Ford. [:'(]

I don't think there is anything that started the heater core, just some bad luck.

Don't get discouraged yet tho!

Default Same problem bad bearing

I don't suppose you happen to remember the part number of that bearing. Wouldn't mind having it in hand before starting. Thanks in advance.

Pull it and and it will be stamped on the race seal.

If you can't find it you can take it in and have them mic it out for a replacement. Get the Heavy Duty version.
