Trouble Starting
I have a 2002 durango slt with the 4.7 engine. I am having problems starting it mostly when it is moist or humid. It will turn over but will not stay running unless I give it the gas. If I take my foot off the accelerator it will stop running. If I rev it up a few times it runs fine.The check engine light comes on and off andis giving the code PO171 system to lean bank 1. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Classic signs of a dying battery. Have it load tested, and if its 4 years old or older, or tests the least bit flakey, replace it.
Our D's are very sensitive to bad batteries. Many folks have spent big bucks chasing their tales only to find that the battery was DOA.
